Terms & Conditions

• The deposit is non-refundable for any reasons.
• The period of stay can be modifications but the hotel require 45 days prior to the arrival date.
• Any modifications of arrival date(check-in)and departure date(check out)are subject to availability at the time you make the request. A change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in the rate charge. Modifications made less than 45 days prior to the arrival date the deposit is no refund for any reason and the outstanding balance as agreed upon earlier still have to settle.
• If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the arrival date, the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically by the hotels and the deposit is no refund. If you fail to check in on the first date but still continue your travel plan to stay at the hotel, please urgently contact us within 24 hours so that we can keep the room for you for the rest of the nights.
  Otherwise as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled and no refund will be issued.
• The remaining balance must to pay on the arrival. If you change the check-out date once you arrived to hotel, if so you still must to pay the same outstanding balance as agreed upon earlier. The room was already paid will not be refunded for any reason on an early check-out (shorten stay)
• Hotel check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. Check-out time is 12.00 pm. Late check-out can arranged, subject to availability on the relevant day, to be reconfirmed with the front office staff and charges may subject to additional fees.

Payment Policy

• 50% of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking. The remaining balance will be charged on check-in.
