Terms & Conditions

The above rates are quoted in Thai Baht per room per night and include all applicable government taxes.
Additional 3% will be charged for all booking paid through Visa or Master card.
Additional 4.4% + 100 THB will be charged for all bookings paid through PayPal.
Refunds are not accepted for any cancellations, but dates may be amended according to availability and 45 days prior arrival.
Payment 50% of the total amount for deposit.
Balance 50% payment upon arrival.
These rates are for room only and do not include breakfast.
Maximum 1 children under 11 years old (in exiting bed).
Hotel reserves the right not to refund the deposit or any payment if guest check out before the end of contract.
